Famous Bible VersesKeep His CovenantFamous bible verses: But the mercy of the Lord is from everlasting to everlasting upon them that fear him, and his righteousness unto children’s children; To such as keep his covenant and to those that remember his commandments to do them. (Psalm 103:17-18 KJV) Keep his covenant. What does that mean to a Christian? We are under the new or second covenant. So, then, we must keep the new covenant. What exactly does the new covenant entail? Let’s look at more famous bible verses: Hebrews 8:6-13 KJV – But now hath he obtained a more excellent ministry, by how much also he is the mediator of a better covenant, which was established upon better promises. And in Hebrews 12:24 KJV we find that (more famous Bible verses) … Jesus the mediator of the new covenant…and in Heberws 13:20 KJV Now the God of peace, that brough again from the dead our Lord Jesus, that great shepherd of the sheep, through the blood of the everlasting covenant. Okay, the new covenant is Jesus Christ. He died for our sins. His blood sealed it. Famous Bible Verses: “As far as the east is from the west, so far hath He removed our transgressions from us.” Psalm 103:12 KJV. And if we confess with our mouth that Jesus Christ is the son of God and believe, then are we living under the new covenant? Well, almost. The full spectrum of salvation is not just confessing and believing but living. Be a living example – Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house. Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven. Matthew 5:16-17 Therefore we are commanded to live – healthy, happy, joyous, peaceful, prosperous and safe lives. These things glorify our Father. He made all the provisions – we are to work toward that by speaking the word of God with our tongues, having faith in God to provide and believe that it is a reality. How do we first come into salvation? By speaking the Word – and believing that what we speak is true. And by having faith in the words we speak. It starts this way and continues this way. We must have faith that what we speak we believe to be true. That’s how it comes about. That’s how God created us! “And god said…” Genesis 1:3 KJV. All of Genesis chapter 1 and 2 God spoke everything into existence. It’s out Christian duty to live in complete salvation – so that others will want and seek for a piece of what we [Christians] have. This is how we keep his covenant. Speak the famous Bible verses out loud today! |

A Word for You
This is how much God loved the world: He gave his Son, his one and only Son. And this is why: so that no one need be destroyed; by believing in him, anyone can have a whole and lasting life. God didn't go to all the trouble of sending his Son merely to point an accusing finger, telling the world how bad it was. He came to help, to put the world right again. Anyone who trusts in him is acquitted; anyone who refuses to trust him has long since been under the death sentence without knowing it. And why? Because of that person's failure to believe in the one-of-a-kind Son of God when introduced to him.

Psalm 91 1 He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. 2 I will say [b] of the LORD, "He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust." 3 Surely he will save you from the fowler's snare and from the deadly pestilence. 4 He will cover you with his feathers, and under his wings you will find refuge; his faithfulness will be your shield and rampart. 5 You will not fear the terror of night, nor the arrow that flies by day, 6 nor the pestilence that stalks in the darkness, nor the plague that destroys at midday. 7 A thousand may fall at your side, ten thousand at your right hand, but it will not come near you. 8 You will only observe with your eyes and see the punishment of the wicked. 9 If you make the Most High your dwelling— even the LORD, who is my refuge- 10 then no harm will befall you, no disaster will come near your tent. 11 For he will command his angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways; 12 they will lift you up in their hands, so that you will not strike your foot against a stone. 13 You will tread upon the lion and the cobra; you will trample the great lion and the serpent. 14 "Because he loves me," says the LORD, "I will rescue him; I will protect him, for he acknowledges my name. 15 He will call upon me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble, I will deliver him and honor him. 16 With long life will I satisfy him and show him my salvation." |
