Answer this if you are in need of Christian financial advice and in need of a breakthrough in any life situation. How many are believing for a healing? Finances? I know I am. I'm pressing in for that mark of perfection. I once thought that reaching that mark was impossible, because after all only God is perfect, right?

It was liberating when I learned that perfection meant maturity. And we can all grow up. That's certainly attainable. But in the process do you ever wonder if you're doing everything right, especially if no breakthroughs are happening? Boy I do.

In the process of trying to figure out why I hadn’t received certain things I'm believing for the Holy Spirit laid a few things on my heart that really opened up a lot of understanding. And I believe that this goes along with the Genesis Bible Study in chapter 49 I recently published. It all boiled down to three points, and I believe once you understand them you are well on your way if not already there to having the blessings of God overtake you.

The first is the love walk. How's your love life? I'm not necessarily talking about husband/wife relations. God wants us to love everybody. It's easy to love the loveable, but it's not so easy to love the heathen. God wants us to pray for and bless and treat kindly those who don't necessarily deserve it. Even the person who’s poking along in the car in front of you and obviously admiring the scenery and you had to be there five minutes ago. I'm sure the last thing on your mind is to love this person. But God does not want us cursing them. And this can be tough. We want to grumble under our breath.

Second point: We need to bring even our thoughts under subjection and think lovingly. God did not say we have to like everyone, but to love them, as He does. So this is one area to assess and keep in check. Sometimes if we aren't receiving any breakthroughs maybe a check of our love walk will reveal the reason. Sometimes it may take a while for something to manifest and that's when we need the revelation of patience. This is probably one of the most important pieces of Christian financial advice I can give.

Bottom line for Christian financial advice and all others...

The third point and the main point that includes all three is your faith account. When we were first born again god deposited the measure of faith into our heart, or account according to Romans 12:3.

So god gave us the measure of faith when we were born again. The faith was deposited in our hearts. If we don't regularly make deposits on top of that, we will use it up. God did not intend for us to sit back and drain out the initial faith. We are supposed to read the word and speak the word, over and over. This is how faith deposits are made. This should be done daily. Put on some good worship music, turn off the phone, shut the door and open the Bible. Invite the Holy Spirit to speak. Be open to receive the Christian financial advice and the breakthroughs needed for all situations.
